Frederick’s Pastries has been New England’s premier cake specialty shop for 31 years. Established in 1980 by Frederick and Gloria Lozier, Frederick’s is now owned and operated by their youngest daughter Susan Lozier Robert. For Susan, running this family owned business was her delicious destiny.

Susan was 8 years old when Frederick’s started in her family’s garage in Nashua, NH and because pastries is in her DNA running and growing Frederick’s Pastries is her providence. Susan’s energy and enthusiasm is everywhere in the bakery, whether it is decorating cakes, overseeing baking or greeting customers.

Susan has developed an incredible staff of professionals and has since opened a second location in July 2007 in Bedford, NH and a third location in November 2010 in North Andover, MA. With a commissary at the Amherst location serving the other stores all of the baking is guaranteed consistent and fresh. Together they bring you the freshest cakes and pastries in New England.
