Now Frederick's Pastries offers classes to help you or your child gain skill and knowledge in the culinary areas listed below. Learn from the best and have a fabulous time! All classes are held at Frederick's Pastries in Amherst. Class sizes are limited so please sign up now.

Private classes also available! Enjoy an evening with your friends during a private cake decorating class! A great girls-night-out, company team building or couples retreat... you can even pick the theme of the decorating class!
